Delete in the app
- Sign in to MyClean.
- Open Account or Settings.
- Select Delete account and confirm.

Delete your MyClean account.
You can permanently delete your account in the app or ask us to help if you can no longer sign in.
Request deletion by email
Email us from the address registered to your account. Include your full name and account email so we can verify your identity.
What will be deleted
Your profile, diary, availability, customer records and related personal data will be deleted or anonymised. Deletion is permanent. We may retain limited information where required for legal, fraud-prevention, tax or accounting purposes.
Customer booking data
If your details are held within a cleaner’s business account, contact that cleaner first because they control those business records. You may also contact us for assistance.
